The Enrich Hospitality Suite consists of applications and systems that apply hospitality industry specific business process to the RFID Transaction Data that is collected as the guests use the services at the hotel facility.  These business processes provide ultra-personalized services that increasse guest loyalty, increase the number of return visits, increase the number of referrals from the guests and identify thehost facility as a favored and desired location.  

Guests will be able to:

• Manage access to their rooms,
• Make purchases at designated retail locations,
• Utilize locator services for their family and friends,
• Gain entrance to designated resort attractions and events,
• Have additional security by providing 911 call services,
• Replace the need to carry cash, credit cards, identifications, etc.

Resort/Hotel Management will be able to:

• Provide managed, personalized services to guests based on their history and spending habits;
• Record and analyze data collected by tracking the guests movements within the facility;
• Manage the movements of groups of guests within the facility and provide automatic notifications to staff so appropriate responses can be applied in a timely manner;
• Have real time awareness of guest locations to facilitate:
  • Emergency Response Management;
  • Management of staff to support guest density within the facility;
  • Timely identification and remediation of guest traffic choke points;
